This rental is on a rural setting and rents for $200 per week with a 1 year lease, and can come fully furnished at no extra charge. There is a $500 security deposit and first and last weeks rent required to move in, if your application is accepted. Application fee is $25 and will be credited to your first weeks rent if accepted, but non-refundable if you fail the background check. I can email the application once fee is received.
