The rent for each room is $900.00 includes gas,electricity, water,cable in bdrm and living room,garage,washer & dryer,dishwasher, local phone calls, dial up internet, access to the barbeque/patio & pool. Both rooms are in the second floor with a separate bathroom and loft area used as a living room w/cable and furnished as well.
