i need to sublease my share of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 3rd floor apt. all furniture included except for bedroom furniture (which is negotiable). tenant must pay 1/3 of the electric (averages $30-$50 per month) and rent which is $330. can move in may 1, 2008 and lease is through july 31, 2008, with option to renew. washer, dryer and dishwasher are also included. two other roommates are males in mid 20's and are smokers. the apt. is located in the park apts and amenities include 2 pools, hot tub, racquetball court, night security and open parking. please contact me at 863/414-2513 or tsmith_1105@hotmail.com. i am a student and in class a lot, so i prefer an email.
